My experience
I have been a teacher and senior leader in primary education for over 30 years. I have always had a real passion for developing the life chances and mental health of children, their parents, carers and families so decided to further develop my skillset by training to be a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. My vast experience of coaching and mentoring, alongside my interest in neuroscience, meant it felt like a very natural transition into Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I now work with children and adults to enable them to formulate their own strategies to manage stress or anxiety. I work with clients on an individual basis but also offer group talks around brain research and a positive approach to mental health. I explain the ‘why’ so individuals can work out the ‘how’ that will support them to achieve the life they desire.
